According to this concept, our products have introduced the concept of service from the design, and the sales of each product is only the beginning of customer service. We have improved the traditional after-sales service to customer service and extended the service connotation to the first series of links of product design, production, marketing and after-sales service.
1 the after-sales service personnel must establish the concept that user satisfaction is the standard of inspection service, try their best to serve the users, and do not contradict the users or quarrel with the users
2. Actively, enthusiastically and patiently answer all kinds of questions raised by users in the service, and teach maintenance knowledge. When users' questions cannot be answered, they should explain patiently and report to the after-sales service headquarters in time to assist in solving them
3 the service personnel shall behave in a civilized manner, treat people politely, take the initiative to serve, and establish a good relationship with users
4. Reply immediately after receiving the service information. If on-site service is required, arrive at the site within the time specified by the customer to effectively realize the commitment to the customer
